Bestreich, Rodriguez and Schiffman of Marcus & Millichap broker $1.465 million sale of two six-unit properties

Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 411 E 54^th St. & 343 E 53^rd St., two six-unit properties, according to John Horowitz, vice president- regional manager of the firm’s Brooklyn office. The asset sold for $1.465 million. Derek Bestreich, Erik Rodriguez and Seth Schiffman from Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by the team.
