W&H Properties names Watson director of marketing

W&H Properties has promoted Elizabeth Watson to the position of director of marketing. Watson, who has been with W&H since August 2005, previously held the title of marketing associate. She reports to Fred Posniak, senior vice president. In her new post, Watson is responsible for the marketing of W&H Properties' more than eight million s/f of office and retail space. She oversees advertising and promotion for the individual properties, as well as the portfolio, and works closely with the leasing and managing agents assigned to each building.
