According to CB Richard Ellis, Mike Prefi, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, was the recipient of Real Estate Board of New York's (REBNY) On-Site Manager of the Year Award. The honor recognizes current and potential professional achievement as well as significant contributions to the firm's success as an on-site manager, a portfolio manager and a corporate management executive. "Mike Prefi has done a tremendous job over many years. This award is well-deserved, and honors the commitment and dedication he brings every day to serving his clients at the highest levels of professional excellence," said Paul Allegretti, CBRE's senior managing director of asset services. "On-Site Manager of the Year is quite a recognition. It's thrilling to see the industry reward Mike like this."   Prefi rejoined CBRE in 2007 as the senior real estate manager at Financial Sq. / 32 Old Slip, a 1.1 million s/f office property in Manhattan's Wall St. district that houses financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, American International Group, Mellon-Bank of New York and Daiwa USA, among others.
