Neil Gronowetter, Jerome Benayoun and Benjamin Fishkind have recently joined Eastern Consolidated. Gronowetter, real estate professional and attorney, has joined as a director. Gronowetter focuses on the sale of multifamily apartment buildings and properties with a retail component. Prior to joining Eastern, Gronowetter worked as a director of Newmark Knight Frank Retail Bank Services Group. Gronowetter was recently appointed to the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce's Real Estate and Development Executive Committee. He is also a member of REBNY, the ICSC, and the Chinese American Real Estate Association. Benayoun has joined as director. Benayoun specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Manhattan properties. Prior to joining Eastern, Benayoun was an investment sales associate at Peter Ashe Real Estate Group. Benayoun is a member of REBNY and of Zahav. Fishkind joined the firm as financial analyst. Fishkind's responsibilities will be to provide analysis and modeling of real estate investment, financing, structuring, leasing and dispositions as well as production of reporting materials to the sales team. Prior ot Eastern, Fishkind was an analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., in their commercial mortgage division.
