Abergel of Arbor closes $13m Fannie Mae loan

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC funded a $13 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS product line to refinance the 200-unit complex known as The Meadows. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.78%. The loan was originated by Ronen Abergel, director, in Arbor's full-service N.Y.C. lending office.
