Melville, NY BOMA Long Island will hold two events in October.

The first event will be a round table discussion hearing what a professional in the industry has to share about their experience on what the building department allows to be considered “Grand-Fathered” when filing plans today. The October 13^th event will be presented by Alexander Badalamenti, AIA, president/CEO of bld architecture, dpc.
