Lassoff and Prisco of GVA lease 9,200 s/f

GVA Williams has arranged a 9,200 s/f lease at 114 W. 26th St. with Inwood House, which will relocate from 5 W. 37th St.  The not-for-profit group will take the entire sixth floor of the building for five years. The Chelsea neighborhood building has 12 floors and 108,000 s/f.  Eric Lassoff and Lois Prisco of GVA represented the landlords, JAL Colin Properties and Deal Colin Properties.
