Zeller and Fabian of C&W lease 8,000 s/f

Mandarin Oriental Management has leased 8,000 s/f at W&H Properties' 250 West 57th St., according to Barry Zeller, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield. The firm was represented by Howard Grufferman and Ellen Abramowitz of Grubb & Ellis. Zeller and George Fabian of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
