The top two floors of the building are owned by Treiber Real Estate Co., LLC, a private New York real estate firm. The Office Center at Mitchel Field’s tenant roster includes The Benjamin Companies and Yusen Air & Sea Service (USA), Inc.
Michael Rosenfeld, a vice president of the firm, is heading the project’s leasing & sales team along with Adam Rochlin. Rosenfeld announced that the following deals were recently signed:
• Jobast Holdings, a financial services firm, signed a lease for 4,246 s/f on the 4th floor.
• J.J. Stanis & Co., an administrator and broker of insurance and employee benefits products purchased a 5,858 s/f office condo.
• A.M. Boutzalis, C.P.A. signed a long-term lease for a 2,148 s/f office suite.
• John Petschauer Inc. insurance brokerage purchased a 4,036 s/f office condo.
