• A five-year lease was signed for 2,112 s/f with H&R Block in which Ryan Feldman of ARD Real Estate represented the tenant.
• A five-year lease was signed for 4,000 s/f with Blinds to Go in which Ari Malul of Schuckman Realty represented the tenant.
