Hauppauge, NY Island Associates Real Estate has completed two leases totaling 5,850 s/f. In the first lease, Island Associates and Jenor Realty Co. has leased 1,650 s/f of office space located at 490 Wheeler Rd. to Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP for a five-year lease. This was a relocation and expansion of the space the tenant already occupied in the building. Roger Delisle, Jr. of Island Associates represented the landlord and Jerry Norton of Jenor Realty represented the tenant. Island Associates also negotiated the extension of lease and expansion of leased premises at 490 Wheeler Rd. with The Retreat The tenant extended their lease for a period of five years and will now occupy 4,200 s/f at the building.
