Smithtown, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Branch Medical Associates has leased 2,029 s/f of office space at 50 Karl Ave. Andy Dorman of Hunt represented the landlord, Mark S. Eghrari Attorney at Law, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self represented.

Branch Medical Associates is a 35-year-old internal medicine practice owned by Steven Friedling, MD and Robert Johnson, MD. “This medical group has been a fixture in Smithtown for years. They have young patients who are sons and daughters of older patients. The medical firm initially was attracted to the building’s easily accessible location and its generous window line. The landlord built out the space to the tenant’s specifications,” said Dorman.

“The building’s ownership has been very attentive,” said Jean Piotrowski, Branch’s chief administrative officer. “We couldn’t be happier.”
