Tsiolis of Long Island Industrial leases 3,041 s/f to Harvest Pride Feeds; Leto of Brent Mako Real Estate represents tenant

Hauppauge, NY Long Island Industrial, which owns and operates a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across Long Island, has completed a new lease with Harvest Pride Feeds, which will occupy 3,041 s/f at 275 Marcus Blvd. in Hauppauge Industrial Park. Harvest Pride Feeds, a wholesale provider of quality horse, bird, dog, cat and small animal feeds, is relocating its headquarters from another location in the area. Tommy Tsiolis, director of leasing for Long Island Industrial, represented the landlord, while Donna Leto of Brent Mako Real Estate represented Harvest Pride Feeds. “The property’s accessibility to the Long Island Expressway was one of the key selling points that attracted Harvest Pride to Hauppauge Industrial Park,” Tsiolis said. “We look forward to building a strong and lasting relationship with this longtime Long Island-based company.” Situated on five acres in Suffolk County, Hauppauge Industrial Park provides tenants with access to the Long Island Expressway and Rte. 111.
