Garden City, NY Pliskin Realty & Development had brokered five retail leases totaling 16,880 s/f.

In the first deal, Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin,  represented the property owner, Holbrook Development Associates, and new tenant, Encore Dance Studios, in a 10-year lease transaction for a 3,200 s/f space located at 480-20 Patchogue-Holbrook Rd., Holbrook.

In the next deal, Jeffrey Pliskin, president & CEO, and Hartman of Pliskin, completed a lease transaction in which they were the

exclusive broker for a 10,000 s/f property located at 491 Bellmore Ave., East Meadow. The Pliskin team represented property owner, Bellmore Area Realty, and the new tenant, Dollar Tree in the five-year lease with an option.

Hartman also brokered two retail leases in same shopping center in New Hyde Park for which he served as the exclusive broker representing the owner, Home Based Realty, and the new tenants. In the first lease, a 1,200 s/f retail space located at 2054 Lakeville Rd. was leased to Alessio Pizza. In the second lease, a 1,200 s/f retail space was leased to KIM’s Deli.

In the last lease, Pliskin sales associate Michael DiBella recently represented RER Associates, the property owner of a strip shopping center located at 1137 Deer Park Ave., North Babylon in a lease for a new Little Caesars restaurant. The national brand pizza retailer was represented by PBT Realty. The five-year lease was for 1,280 s/f store.
