Bohemia, NY According to Mitchell and Gregg Rechler, partners of Rechler Equity Partners, the firm has signed a new 12,600 s/f lease for Judge Family Enterprises Inc., an auto parts and accessories distributor, at 85 Orville Dr.

Judge Family Enterprises had been a sub-tenant of Interstate Batteries at 85 Orville Dr. Recently, Judge Family Enterprises acquired Interstate Batteries, and the 12,600 s/f lease encompasses the space previously occupied by both companies.

Chris Costa, director of leasing for Rechler, negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord. There was no tenant broker involved in the negotiation.

“With the acquisition of Interstate Batteries, Judge Family Enterprises was able to continue its operations at 85 Orville Dr. without interruption of its business,” said Costa.

The property at 85 Orville Dr. offers convenient highway access to Veterans Memorial Hwy., Sunrise Hwy. and the Long Island Expressway. The building is also in proximity to the Long Island MacArthur Airport.
