Melville, NY Pliskin Realty & Development’s president and CEO Jeffrey Pliskin and sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki brokered a 2,700 s/f lease at 500 Walt Whitman Rd., a property managed by Pliskin Realty and developed and owned by Melville 500 Associates, LLC. Representing the new tenant in the space, Orangetheory Fitness, was Daniel Glazer of Ripco Real Estate.

Currently, Orangetheory Fitness has 200 open locations and 400 in development nationwide, 70 of which are under construction.
