Brooklyn, NY According to Klosed Properties, it has purchased 272 Himrod St., a six-family property in the Bushwick neighborhood. Four of the units were delivered vacant at closing. Klosed plans to add value by renovating the vacant apartments.
The sale price was $1.8 million.
According to Ryan Powers-Tapp, senior director of acquisitions, “Bushwick is a market we’ve always been interested in. We just needed to get in at a low enough basis not to be affected by what we call investor price inflation. This piece will be a great addition to our growing Brooklyn portfolio.”
This closing marks the firms third acquisition this year.
