Melwani and Goulet of ARM Real Estate Group close $1.84 million sale in Queens
Queens, NY ARM Real Estate Group has completed the sale of 31-52 Steinway St. in the Astoria neighborhood for $1.84 million.
The two-story, 1,944 s/f retail building (with second floor office accessible only through the retail space) was delivered vacant. The subject property was built in 1930 and is located between Broadway and 31st Ave., two blocks away from the M and R subway stops.
Anand Melwani and Alexandre Goulet of ARM Real Estate Group represented both parties in this transaction. The seller is Alexandre Geis and the buyer is a Flushing, Queens based investor 31 Steinway 52 LLC.
