Stiglin of Grand Lux Realty leases 1,200 s/f

Grand Lux Realty's commercial division leased a 1,200 s/f storefront at 240 Harrison Ave. to Wireless Connections Inc., a retail cellular phone company. Chris Stiglin of Grand Lux Realty listed the property and also procured the tenant.  Wireless Connections signed a four-year lease with a three-year option.  Grand Lux Realty's commercial division offers owners of commercial properties exposure to the local brokerage community. The owner/landlord can still rent their space without a broker and save the commission.
