Levy of Adams & Co. handles 8,832 s/f lease renewal

Manhattan, NY Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC completed an 8,832 s/f renewal deal for Unzipped Apparel Sales, Inc. at 4 Bryant Park. The women’s apparel company will continue using the entire eighth floor as an office and showroom for an additional five years.

David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented both the tenant and the landlord, Ten Seventy One Associates.

“Unzipped Apparel Sales has prospered at 4 Bryant Park for 10 years. The company was first drawn to the building for its location across from Bryant Park, which is easily accessible by subway, train and bus,” said Levy. “Since moving to the building, Adams & Co. completed a renovation project that upgraded the property and opened up the stunning views of the park. Considering the company’s history at 4 Bryant Park, the central location and the modern upgrades, Unzipped Apparel Sales seized the opportunity to remain in the building for an additional five years.”

Previously known as 1071 Avenue of the America’s, 4 Bryant Park is a 12-story building located between West 40th and West 41st Sts. The pre-war building was built in 1919 with 179,908 s/f and views of Bryant Park. Notable tenants include Pret a Manger, Bardwil Industries Inc, Free Country Ltd. and Sharp Entertainment.

Established in 2008, Unzipped Apparel Sales, Inc. is a women’s apparel company. The business creates ready-to-wear clothing items and accessories.
