Verbeck Development purchases 24-unit complex for $3.1 million

Verbeck Development LLC has purchased the Woods Edge Apartments for $3.1 million. The 24-unit complex is located on Rte. 146. According to Kevin Wheatley, an attorney who represented the buyer, the complex was sold by Eric Tanski and Eva Tanski.
