Columbia Dev. buys parking lot for $1.6m

According to Joseph Nicolla, president Columbia Development Cos., the company has recently purchased a parking lot located at 70 Howard St. for $1.6 million. The property was sold by Amcan Development Co. CYC Realty, a provider of valet parking to about 70 vehicles, currently uses the one third of an acre lot.
