Rye, NY The ULI Westchester/Fairfield District Council will award the 3rd Arthur Collins Sr. Visionary Award for Leadership in Land Use at an evening reception/gala on November 10, 2016 at the Coveleigh Club.
Arthur Collins Sr., through a career that spanned more than 50 years, developed 3 million s/f of office space plus 1500 residential units and revitalized tired downtowns; thereby creating a legacy that is being continued through this award. The award was conceived to honor a person, team or organization whose efforts demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of responsible real estate in our region. The award stresses innovation and creative vision as well as the overarching goals and mission of ULI. Past winners include Do Chung, an extraordinary architect, and Robert Weinberg, co-founder of the Robert Martin Company and a pioneer in the region’s development.
This year’s award recipient is Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, one of the most highly regarded development firms in the New York/Fairfield region and the firm’s chairman, Clay Fowler, and president, Kim Morque.
As a second generation company, Spinnaker has been a key contributor to the enhancement of many of the major cities and municipalities in Connecticut, New York and nationwide.
