New York, NY CBRE Group, Inc. has released the firm’s latest under-20,000 s/f office leasing transactions in New York City. The form closed seven leases totaling 67,009 s/f. The deals include the following:
• Jared Freede and Paul Myers of CBRE represented Urban Engineers at 2 Penn Plaza in a 12,270 s/f direct renewal on the partial 11th floor. The term was for seven years. Vornado’s Craig Panzirer and Jared Silverman represented the landlord.
• CBRE’s Derrick Ades and Edward Goldman represented Stawski Partners at 360 Madison Ave. in a 12,283 s/f direct expansion for Seaport Group on the entire 23rd floor. The term was for 11 years. Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
• CBRE’s Michael Movshovich and Taylor Scheinman represented KEMP Technologies at 1540 Broadway in a 9,346 s/f lease on the partial 23rd floor. Savills Studley’s David Goldstein, Greg Lawrence and Gabriel Marans represented the landlord.
• CBRE’s Jeffrey Frenkel represented City Meals on Wheels at 355 Lexington Ave. in an 8,996 s/f direct renewal on the partial 3rd floor. The term was for 10 years. Rudin’s Robert Steinman represented the landlord.
• CBRE’s Samuel Spillane and Bruce Surry represented Vornado Realty Trust at 40 Fulton St. in an 8,538 s/f direct lease for International Center for Traditional Justice on the entire 20th floor. The term was for two years. Colliers International’s Richard Warshauer represented the tenant.
• CBRE’s Ramsey Feher and Silvio Petriello represented Capital Dynamics Inc. on a new 10-year, 8,462 s/f direct lease for the entire 17th floor at 10 East 53rd St. SL Green’s David Kaufman and Natasha Brown negotiated on behalf of the landlord along with the building agency team led by JLL’s Paul Glickman.
