Horowitz of Cohen and Golod of CBRE handle 29,000 s/f lease for Arxis Capital
Manhattan, NY Arxis Capital has leased two full floors comprising 29,000 s/f for its new corporate headquarters at Charles Cohen’s 623 Fifth Ave. The company was formerly headquartered at 527 Madison Ave.
Arxis was represented in the long-term leasing transaction by Silvio Petrello and Alexander Golod of CBRE while Marc Horowitz, senior vice president and national director of office leasing for Cohen Brothers, together with Colliers, represented the landlord. Asking rent was $95 a s/f.
According to Horowitz, floors of 14,500 s/f are available at the distinctive 36-story skyscraper (formerly known as Swiss Bank Tower), which is located above the Saks Fifth Ave. flagship department store. The property features a striking new sky lobby and recently refurbished elevator cabs.

Arxis was founded in 2014 by senior equities trading executives from Bank of America Corp’s global market making business.
