Rudin Management Co. signed four lease renewals at 355 Lexington Ave.

Manhattan, NY According to Rudin Management Co., four companies have signed long-term lease renewals totaling 41,300 s/f of office space at the 22-story, 250,000 s/f tower, 355 Lexington Ave. in Midtown East:

• Citymeals-on-Wheels signed a 10-year, 8,996 s/f lease renewal;

• Wealth Advisory Group signed a 10-year, 15,882 s/f lease renewal;

• Rogoff & Co. signed a 10-year, 8,300 s/f lease renewal; and

• Time Square Construction signed a five-year, 8,122 s/f lease renewal.

Upon closing the transactions, Bill Rudin, co-vice chairman and CEO of Rudin Management Co., the operating arm of the Rudin Family holdings, said: “Citymeals-on-Wheels has been our tenant at 355 Lexington Ave. since 1992, and we’re delighted to help this important organization continue their extraordinary work. Robert Steinman, vice president at Rudin Management Company, represented building ownership in all four transactions. Jeffrey Frenkel of CBRE, Inc. represented Citymeals-on-Wheels; Howard Poretsky of Savills Studley represented Rogoff & Company; and David Berkey of L&L represented Wealth Advisory Group. There was no outside broker in the Time Square Construction transaction.
