New York, NY According to the Rudin Family, two longtime tenants will be expanding their presence at 845 Third Ave., a 21-story, 360,000 s/f class A property in the thriving Midtown East office district.
In the first transaction, K2 Intelligence, an international risk analytics consulting firm, has taken an additional 5,620 s/f on the entire 18th floor. The firm, which currently occupies the entire 15th floor and subleases the entire 13th floor of the building, will now have over 35,000 s/f overall in the tower.
Also expanding is Kroll Bond Rating Agency, which is taking an additional 10,840 s/f on a portion of the 8thfloor for a six-year term. The firm currently subleases 25,000 s/f on the entire 4th floor. With the new direct lease, the company will occupy over 35,000 s/f overall at the property.

Robert Steinman, vice president of leasing at Rudin Management, represented building ownership in-house in both transactions, while David Carlos of Savills Studley represented K2 Intelligence and Kroll Bond Rating Agency.
Built in 1963 by the Rudin Family, 845 Third Ave. is located at the corner of 52nd Street and Third Avenue. The 21-story, 360,000 s/f property is currently 100% leased and Wired Certified Platinum, and is home to a prestigious roster of tenants.
