Will of Hemisphere completes $1.35 million sale

Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp., has completed the $1.35 million sale of the Edge of the Pond Apartments, the Bellewood Arms Apartments, the Sylvan Self Storage, and a 17-acre vacant parcel. The deal consisted of 20 apartments and 130 storage units. The buyer was LAR Properties of CNY, LLC and the seller was Jerry Doolittle. The transaction was financed by Community Bank.
