Commack, NY Healthcare provider Northwell Health has leased 2,500 s/f at Mayfair Shopping Center, where it plans to open a GoHealth walk-in urgent care facility. Levin Management of North Plainfield, N.J., exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000 s/f property, orchestrated the long-term lease. Michael Stone of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

The marketplace offers an average household income of nearly $127,000, and the daily traffic count passing the property exceeds 29,000 vehicles.
