Handler Real Estate Organization inks three leases totaling 12,588 s/f

New York, NY According to Handler Real Estate Organization, they have completed the following three leases totaling 12,588 s/f:

• A five-year lease on behalf of ownership at 36 East 20^th St., with BustedTees.com. The company is taking the entire 4,700 s/f penthouse. The new location will serve as the headquarters for the firm. Darell Handler, director, who along withDarell Handler represented ownership, 36 E 20^th Street Realty Co., while Ramsey Feher and William Iacovelli, of CBRE, represented the tenant.

• Handler arranged a long-term lease at its 561 7^th Ave. property, with Oasis Children’s Services. The company is taking the entire 3,944 s/f third floor. The new space will serve as the youth camp and enrichment organization’s headquarters. Principal and CEO Scott Galin, with Richard Farley and Handler, represented ownership while Jordan Brustein and Eric Zemachson, of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the tenant.

• Also at 561 7^th Ave., LiquidityBook taking the entire 3,944 s/f sixth floor. Galin, Farley and Handler represented ownership while Richard Selig, managing principal, and Richard Pugatch, of CBC Advisors, represented the tenant.
