Finn and Van Der Bogart of CBRE handle 125,000 s/f build-to-suit lease

Peter Finn and Larry Van Der Bogart, of CB Richard Ellis provided tenant representation services to the Hartford Insurance Companies. The lease transaction will consist of 125,000 s/f. It will be a build-to-suit (new construction) located in the New Hartford Office Park. This class A office building is being developed by the Ryan Companies, based in Minneapolis, Minn. The scheduled completion date for construction of the new building will be November 1. CB Richard Ellis also provided brokerage services for the 13.5-acre land acquisition.
