Thru the Lens: Steiner NYC hosts luncheon, discussion

New York, NY On July 26^th, Steiner NYC hosted a luncheon and discussion, at the sales gallery for Steiner East Village, on the state of the real estate market both locally and globally. Sofia Song, executive vice president of data and research, Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Richard Jordan, senior vice president of Global Markets, Douglas Elliman Real Estate joined Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Elliman’s Eklund Gomes Team to lead the talk.  More than 150 real estate industry brokers and professionals were in attendance and enjoyed the lively conversation. 

 Steiner East Village, a luxury residential condominium located at 438 East 12^th St., is the newest development from Steiner NYC and will include 82 units. The building is designed by S9 Architects with interiors by Paris Forino.

Homes range from one- to four-bedrooms and penthouses that alight the building, all featuring high ceilings, oversized windows, exquisite marble finishes, and top-of-the-line appliances. The Eklund Gomes Team heads up sales and marketing for Steiner East Village.
