Brill of Manitou Realty brokers $8m sale of 750-acre resort property

The 750-acre Williams Lake Resort property was sold by Ralph Brill, a broker at Manitou Realty. The Williams Lake property has a 90-room hotel, three springfed lakes and miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding and cross country skiing. The sellers had owned the resort for more than 80 years and are now retiring. The new owners will renovate the property to serve as a five-star spa resort with additional homes. The town is 75 miles from New York City. The property sold for $8 million. Manitou Realty, based in Hudson, is a specialist of Hudson Valley properties from the Adirondacks to New York City.
