Zulic of Sabre Real Estate Group brokers 1,750 s/f lease for Elevation Burger at Plainview's Woodbury Plaza
Plainview, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease for Elevation Burger, one of the first and largest organic burger chains in the country.
The new restaurant, expected to open Sept. 1, will be the first of three restaurants planned for Long Island. Elevation Burger will lease 1,750 s/f in the Woodbury Plaza shopping center, 437 S. Oyster Bay Rd., at the intersection of Woodbury Rd.
Stephanie Zulic, high-street specialist at Sabre Real Estate Group, represented Elevation Burger in lease negotiations with the landlord, an affiliate of Breslin Realty Development Corp. and Colin Development LLC. Robert Delavale, vice president of leasing at Breslin, represented the owners.
Elevation Burger was originally conceived in 2002 by founder Hans Hess, who set out to create a healthier burger with a great taste on par with those he was accustomed to having on the West Coast. Hess determined that organic, grass-fed beef was the key to a burger that truly stands apart from the rest in terms of taste, quality and sustainability. The Falls Church, Va.-based franchised chain has more than 30 stores in the U.S. and 16 international locations including Bahrain, Dubai, and Kuwait.
