Simone Development Companies, developers of the One Hunters Point and Hunters View condominium residences in the Long Island City neighborhood, recently partnered with Brown Harris Stevens Project Marketing, LLC to host Infofest 2008 LIC, an unusual weekend Sushi Jazz Real Estate forum held at the Lucky MoJo restaurant. Real estate expert guest speakers participated in a discussion on the current real estate market in the area.
