Neuman joins HelmsleySpear as senior vice president

New York, NY According to Kent Swig, president of HelmsleySpear, LLC, one of America’s oldest continuously operating real estate firms that was founded in 1866, Mark Neuman joined the firm as a senior vice president. In this capacity, Neuman will be focused on business development, property management, leasing, as well as new investment sales. In addition, he will actively be recruiting agents to join the firm. Finally, Neuman will we be working with Swig on the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties and projects throughout New York City.  In this regard, HelmsleySpear has a set up a matching fund program to offer its agents the opportunity to co-invest in properties that the firm will purchase. “We are delighted to have Mark join HelmsleySpear as the company is reestablishing itself as a leader in the segments of property management, leasing, and investment sales throughout the New York City commercial markets. Previously to joining HelmsleySpear, Neuman served as the director of acquisitions & development for Glory Capital where he lead the company’s investment management, leasing and property management efforts.
