Bronx, NY Friedman-Roth Realty Services is has completed the following transactions: The sale of three apartment buildings located at 254 East 202^nd St., 253 East 202^nd St. and 254 East 203^rd St.  The three elevator buildings, located in the Bedford Park section of the borough, contained a combined total of 155 apartments and have 55 indoor garage spaces.  There is a combined total of 101,050 s/f in the buildings, which were all constructed in the 1960’s.  This is the first sale of the properties in over 20 years.  The off market transaction sold for a price of $27.3 million.  Wells Newell represented the seller and the purchaser was procured by Giuseppe Inglese. The sale of two apartment buildings located at 663-665 Dawson St. (aka 718 Prospect Pl).  The two buildings have a combined 14 apartments and three retail stores.  Both buildings are 4-story walk-ups and contain a combined 12,721 s/f.  The properties sold for a price of $2.125 million.  George Niblock, a managing partner, represented both the buyer and seller.
