New York, NY According to Colliers International, 30-year industry veteran Harry Seherr-Thoss has re-joined its New York operations as an executive managing director of brokerage services. He will focus on tenant and landlord representation, strategic planning, financial analysis, and lease negotiation.
Seherr-Thoss first joined Colliers International in 2007 when the firm operated as GVA Williams. Most recently he served as a partner at Transwestern.
Throughout his career, Seherr-Thoss has directed the successful repositioning of more than a dozen prominent Manhattan class-A buildings, and negotiated the relocation of more than 60 international corporations, financial institutions, and law firms in the city.
Among his notable career transactions, Seherr-Thoss arranged the 49.9% sale of the Olympic Tower portfolio that included 645 Fifth Ave., The Cartier Mansion, The Versace Townhouse, and 10 East 52nd St. where he was the exclusive leasing agent for 20 years. He has also led agency assignments for several other important New York office towers including the International Plaza at 750 Lexington Ave., Tower 49 at 12 East 49 St., 650 Madison Ave. and 712 Fifth Ave.

Seherr-Thoss is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He received a BA from Syracuse University and holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
