Savarese joins Blackpoint Partners

Blackpoint Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm, has confirmed that Mary Ann Savarese has joined the firm. Savarese was previously at Kimco Realty Corp. where she was director of leasing. She joins Blackpoint as a vice president and director of leasing. Savarese will lead the leasing of Blackpoint's retail center portfolio in Puerto Rico. A seasoned group of real estate professionals, Blackpoint acquires commercial real estate with its principal focus the creation and enhancement of the value of properties through repositioning, renovation and intensive asset management.
