Neighboring tenants are Starbucks, Verizon, Bank of America, famous eatery Zabar’s as well a slew of other national tenants. The seller of the property was 2255 Hold LLC and the buyer was 2255 Broadway LLC. Ivan Hakimian and Eli Scharf of HPNY were involved in the off-market deal.
Hakimian and Scharf also recently also closed on a two-story retail property at 771 Washington St.in the Meatpacking district for $71 million.
