Manhattan, NY Commercial real estate firm Equity Office has welcomed its newest tenant, ContextMedia:Health, to 114 West 41st St.
ContextMedia:Health signed a lease to occupy 15,931 s/f on the 10th floor of the 22-story tower.
Equity Office revamped the building last year to include 12-foot-plus ceilings, exposed brick and open pantries. Improvements also include a dual-entrance lobby with 40th and 41st St. access and an exclusive tenant amenity center with media lounge, billiards room and café.
“Our newly renovated building’s location in Midtown is proximal to the city’s hippest shopping, restaurants, and cultural landmarks, including Bryant Park. As a result, our building is attracting cutting-edge, fast-growing companies like ContextMedia:Health,” said Zachary Freeman, vice president of leasing for Equity Office.

ContextMedia:Health will officially relocate its headquarters in March 2016 from 489 Fifth Ave.

Freeman and Silverstein represented Equity Office in-house. Sacha Zarba and Jeff Fischer of CBRE represented ContextMedia:Health. Asking rents within this area of the building average in the mid-$70-per s/f range.
