This will be the 16th location for Singas Famous Pizza. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. represented the tenant and the landlord, Mall Properties, Inc. in this transaction. * Planned Parenthood has signed a 10-year lease with options for 3,104 s/f at 6 Gramatan Ave. in Mount Vernon. Meshil represented the tenant and the landlord, Heritage Realty, LLC in this transaction. * Postnet has signed a 10-year lease with options for 1,476 s/f at 557 Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Co-tenants in this newly renovated strip include 7-Eleven and Popeyes.
