Colliers promotes DeBussey and Pond to associate directors, brokerage services

New York, NY Colliers International has promoted Kyle DeBussey and Timothy Pond to associate director, brokerage services.
DeBussey, promoted from associate to associate director, joined Colliers in 2014 and specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the media, technology, and financial services sectors throughout Manhattan, while having a distinct expertise in the Midtown South and Downtown Manhattan submarkets. He has represented tenants that include 212box, Bluecore, and HAP Trading.
DeBussey has a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Real Estate from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s New York chapter, The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and is a board member of the Young Leaders Committee of CoreNet Global.
Pond, promoted from associate to associate director, has served at Colliers for the past two and half years, working with his team in a host of different capacities, including office leasing, retail leasing, and capital markets. Among his early highlights, Pond assisted in the $60 million redevelopment and releasing of 501 Madison Avenue, as well as representing tenants such as Georg Jensen, Winget Spadafora & Schwartzberg, Savoir Beds, River Capital Partners and AX Trading Network.
Pond holds a bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Finance from the College of the Holy Cross. He is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and remains heavily involved in the Chaminade High School Alumni Association.
