Allyson Martin, Hub International Northeast

 Hub International Northeast (Hub Northeast), a division of Hub International Limited, a leading global insurance brokerage, risk advisory and employee benefits firm, Allyson Martin has joined the firm as senior vice president and strategic real estate advisor. In this role, Martin will oversee the development and execution of sales initiatives for the real estate industry. Based out of the firm’s New York, NY office, Martin will also serve as a strategic internal resource for Hub's sales employees.
Holding over three decades of industry experience, she brings a broad background in serving the insurance and risk management needs of the real estate industry. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of senior level leadership positions with brokers Beecher Carlson, Aon, William Gallagher Associates, and Marsh. She came to the insurance industry from the real estate industry having served as Risk Manager for Eastdil Realty and led the risk management committee for NCREIF, National Counsel of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.

Active in the community, she sits on the Board of WX, Women Executives in Real Estate organization where she also chairs the membership and networking committees.
Martin holds a bachelor of arts (BA) degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. She earned her masters in Business Administration (MBA) from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance broker. Additionally, she holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
