Bradley Company’s SVP Reed elected as president of ICBR

Indianapolis, IN David Reed, Bradley Company’s senior vice president and a coach to commercial real estate brokers with The Massimo Group, has been elected as the president of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) in 2016. ICBR is one of the four statewide CRE Boards in the country.
Reed, a 29-year industry veteran who leads the Bradley Company Indianapolis office, has a lengthy history with ICBR. He has been on the board for many years and also served on the executive committee as both vice president and as treasurer/secretary. “I am so proud to be leading ICBR at this key time in our development,” Reed says. “During the next year, I plan to increase member engagement, enhance our service offerings and increase membership. I am proud to be a part of this organization that stands out as a national leader.”

David Reed will be the fourth professional from Bradley Company to serve as ICBR President in recent years. Bradley Company Executive Vice President Stan Phillips served as President in 2006. President & CEO Brad Toothaker served as ICBR President in 2004. And Bradley Company senior broker, John O’Brien, served as President in 1999.
