The company plans to use the space as an office and showroom for the sale of contemporary apparel. • A 1,100 s/f renewal for The Asmar Group Showroom. The tenant plans to use the space as an office and showroom for the sale of contemporary apparel. • A 1,100 s/f new lease for Nally & Millie. The tenant plans to use the space as an office and showroom. • A 900 s/f expansion for Stephanie Newmark, adding to the existing 5,441 s/f space.
