New York, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp, Fir Tree, Inc., a prominent hedge fund with $12 billion of capital under management, has signed a 10-year lease covering 31,126 s/f at Tower 46, aka 55 West 46th St. The new headquarters lease covers the entire 29th and part of the 28th floors. of the newly-constructed office building.
SL Green in a joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors owns a condominium interest covering the top 13 floors of the newly constructed 34-story office tower.
