New York, NY Servcorp celebrated the grand opening of Space Stations, a five-star full-time co-working option at its newest location on the 85th floor of One World Trade Center. Through Space Stations, Servcorp members of all sizes – including entrepreneurs, start-ups, and multi-national corporations – will have access to a fully shared and open office environment at this caliber of space and address for as little as $750 per person per month.
Space Stations will enable companies the ability to work out of this shared office space as part of a membership program that offers Servcorp’s advanced global IT and communications infrastructure, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and building amenities. This new shared-space option falls in line with Servcorp’s mission to seamlessly place new offices and companies in highly desired areas and at the most prestigious addresses throughout the world. Full or part-time use starts at $750 a month.
“Shared open work spaces in New York City often evoke thoughts of a more informal environment, one that tends to value recreational equipment over quality work areas,” said Marcus Moufarrige, Servcorp’s global Chief Operating Officer. “Servcorp’s newest product at One World Trade Center will redefine co-working space in the United States. Our Space Station members will be working from a brand new space with top-of-the-line furniture and amenities surrounded by the most incredible 360 degree views that NYC has to offer.”
“Since opening the doors of our One World Trade Center location in April, we’ve quickly built a solid business community in our serviced private and virtual office sectors with both multi-national and local companies,” said Melanie Gladwell, Servcorp’s Senior Vice President, New York. “As one of the companies at the forefront of the co-working concept, Servcorp understands the importance of catering to the ever-changing needs of companies in this day and age. This Space Stations concept adds the perfect mid-range membership option to our menu, and we’re confident that these spaces will fill up very quickly.”
Presently, Space Stations will only operate out of Servcorp’s One World Trade Center location; however, it is expected that the product will eventually roll out to other new Servcorp locations throughout the United States. Globally, the product has also been rolled out in Sydney, Toyko, Paris and London.
Standard offerings in addition to Space Stations at One World Trade Center include virtual office packages starting at $235 a month for business address and mail services, ranging to $450 a month for part-time usage 5 days a week, to $2,500 a month for a full-time private office. Regardless of the type of office solution, all come with access to business support services and a highly skilled team of client services professionals.
Servcorp’s space within One World Trade Center is the ultimate microcosm of the building itself – space that will serve as a gateway to the entrepreneurial, innovation economy of the future within the larger context of the building that is anticipated to stand as a pillar of the global economy. Servcorp offers companies an unbeatable combination of luxury and functionality – high-end amenities and furnishings coupled with a globally interconnected IT platform and maximum flexibility – as the company does at all of its locations.
A pioneer in the virtual office concept, the Australia-based company was founded in 1978 and currently offers a total of 150 locations in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Since 2010, Servcorp has significantly expanded its U.S. market footprint – housing 22 locations in 13 American cities, including three existing Manhattan sites: 17 State Street, 1330 Avenue of the Americas, and 375 Park Avenue.
