Discrimination issues and laws, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act. Green concepts and rating systems. To understand personalities and generational traits. Negotiating concepts and tactics. Ed Smith is the author of more than a dozen Real Estate continuing education courses, six books on commercial and investment real estate and over 150 published articles. He has taught 1,000’s of agents to do commercial brokerage. The program will be offered by various Boards of Real Estate (you do not have to be a member to take the classes) Long Island Board of Realtors is offering the program on October 14, 15 and 16, 2015 Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors is offering the program on November 5, 12 and 19, 2015 A modified four day version is being offered by the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors on December 1, 3, 8, and 10, 2015
