Guarino of Friedman Roth Realty Services completes $11 million sale

Bronx, NY Friedman-Roth Realty Services, LLC arranged the sale of a 100% leased, 46,000 s/f medical office building in the Wakefield Section of the borough. The site - which sits on a full acre  - sold for $11 million. The cap-rate was 6.4% and the price per square foot was approx. $239 per s/f. Richard Guarino, partner at Friedman Roth Realty Services, was the procurer of both buyer and seller of this transaction.
